Just Pita and Two Ingredients
Toast for a Few Minutes, Serve!
Make this over-the-top “white pizza”: it’s as quick as making toast

Featured: Chicken Souvlaki Salad with Pitza
There is hardly a recipe to remember. You can also top with olives or sliced pickled peppers. Or you can do a variety of pitza toppings.
Zatar or za’atar is a shakeable spice phenom from the Middle East. It’s too complex to describe, but it will be a new member of your spice tribe! I promise.

INGREDIENTS:
Slice open pita loaves to create rounds. Optionally, halve the rounds to create 4 slices.
Brush on olive oil.
Sprinkle generously with zatar.
Crumble on some feta cheese.
Toast them for only a couple minutes: you want crisp and chewy
Delicious hot or cold.
This is pitza with only olive oil and zatar served with chicken souvlaki
Thanks, Bill. Very timely!
