To make your own frozen yogurt, aka froyo, go to my site with over a dozen recipes
To make four slices:
- Melt 2 cups of frozen yogurt or ice cream
- Pour into a pan just large enough to hold 4 slices of bread
- Lay slices of sourdough bread or other mild bread in liquid
- Soak a couple minutes, then flip
- Meanwhile, Preheat skillet and oil well
- Fry the bread a few minutes, until browned and flip
- Repeat and serve with butter and syrup
